How to read your plot
Doctrinal position
The doctrinal marker is plotted around the rim of the circle from your doctrinal score.
It represents the broad ideological “doctrine” your combined answers most resemble.
Behavioural position
The behavioural marker is plotted vertically (and may drift slightly left/right)
to represent your preference for process vs authority and your leadership/behavioural style.
The line links the doctrinal and behavioural markers to show the relationship between what you believe and how you prefer power to be exercised.
